Honda West would like to inform our wonderful customers that we remain open during the COVID-19 outbreak, with reduced capacity and i creased health and safety precautions. These precautions include increased sanitization of the general dealership as well as a sharp focus on disinfecting every vehicle, be it in sales or service. We are also taking significant steps to enact proper social distancing policies to limit as much as possible person to person contact.

Service Department Social Distancing Initiatives

For service customers, social distancing allows you go through the process without ever having come within 10 feet of anyone else. 

  1. Please park your car outside
  2. Go to our night drop beside the big red garage door.
  3. Fill out the form, deposit your keys and shut the night drop box; our service team checks the box throughout the day. 
  4. You will be called to inform you we have accepted your vehicle into the service bay. 
  5. As we begin work on your vehicle, we will first sanitize your keys and all major touchpoints and wrap the steering wheel to prevent any spread. 
  6. Your car will be serviced promptly and you will be contacted with details of your service, or when the work is complete. Customers can review their invoice and make payment online. 
  7. Upon completion, your vehicle will be completely sanitized and waiting outside, with the disinfected keys left in a secured place, ready for you to pick up.

Our Sales Department is Available at Reduced Capacity

While purchasing a vehicle may not be a priority for most at this time, we understand customers may choose or need to have that option. Our sales department is open with reduced capacity and we are taking similar steps to promote social distancing and sanitization. Every car is disinfected at the major touchpoints and will be further sanitized before and after any client interaction. Furthermore, we are able to deliver test drive vehicles right to your front door, with the same level of precaution taken in terms of disinfecting prior to and after customer interaction.
