Honda West has an immediate opening for new and used vehicle sales representatives. Forget what you think about automotive sales, we are looking for bright, energetic individuals without direct auto sales experience.
 
Honda West offers:
 
1) A comprehensive 30 day training program where you will become a Honda product specialist and learn an easy, non-confrontational sales approach.
2) A non-commission pay plan. You will earn a base salary of $2500 per month plus generous performance bonuses. Our average salesperson earned over $59,000 last year.
3) A comprehensive benefits program that includes extended medical coverage, dental coverage, prescription drug coverage, and paid vacation.
4) Two days off per week including Sunday.
 
You are:
1) Outgoing, with retail sales, sales management, or customer service experience.
2) A strong team player that works well in a team environment.
3) Motivated to get ahead.
4) Computer literate.
5) A quick learner, open minded, and willing to try new approaches.
